3. RESERVATION GUARANTEE
To guarantee the reservation, the initial payment of 30% of the total value is required. At the time of booking the customer can choose the payment method of the initial payment in the following ways: credit card, bank transfer or paypal. The remaining amount will be paid on the arrival to the hotel and the customer can decide the payment method between: cash or credit card.
Only for reservations with NON REIMBURSABLE payment rate is required the payment of the 100% of the total at the time of booking;
All reservations have immediate confirmation based on availability, the reservation is confirmed by email sending the receipt to the email indicated on the reservation;
5. CREDIT CARD AS GUARANTEE
Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation, the credit card will be charged with the required 30% in the event that the customer has decided to pay the initial deposit using this method and will have to pay the difference on arrival at the building. Credit card information is processed securely and in a strictly confidential manner. Charges can be debited separately from the values caused by cancellations such as fines for non-presentation and for NON REIMBURSABLE reservations and full payment at the time of reservation; there may also be charges for structure damage.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, the reference date will be the one when the email by the client was sent in which it communicates the cancellation. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please refer to the instructions, in the Cancellation Terms and Conditions section, provided in the confirmation email. For reservations cancellation before 30 days of the arrival date, the cancellation is free. For reservations cancellation within 30 days before the arrival date or if in the arrival day the customer do not show up, the 30% of the paid amount as deposit will be retained;
